Do I need to bring items outside?
No. Full-service removal can begin inside agreed areas. Share stairs, turns, distance, and difficult access before the estimate.
What items are excluded?
Hazardous chemicals, asbestos, fuel, unknown liquids, medical waste, and other unsafe or regulated materials require another route. Confirm every unusual item.
Will everything be donated?
No. Reuse depends on condition, current acceptance rules, and receiving capacity. The team can discuss intended routes without promising a donation outcome.
What should I do with computers and phones?
Back up what you need, sign out where appropriate, remove memory cards, and securely erase personal data using manufacturer guidance before release.

What are the operating hours?
The published hours are Monday through Sunday, 6:00 a.m. to 8:00 p.m. Scheduling availability still needs direct confirmation.
